Wooden Flooring Installations
Our Floor Fitting prices are based on the amount of time the project will take rather than the size of the area. A complex job in a small area may take longer than a simple job in a large area. The type of floor being fitted will affect the time it takes also. Long wide planks are quicker to fit than complicated parquetry for example. However, if you are considering more than one option we are happy to give you a price for each. Below is a guide to the starting prices for areas over 100 m2.
- Floating floors installed from £10 per m2
- Glue down floors installed from £15 per m2
- Secret nailed floors installed from £15 per m2
- Undercut skirting from £15 per room.

We built a trapdoor so that the large crawl space could be used for storage. We also replaced the concrete hearth just to the left of the trapdoor with reclaimed boards. The floor is now ready to be stained and sealed.
