Moens Butchers, Clapham Common - this extremely busy shop needed a durable seal suitable for high traffic areas. A dust free sanding operation was also essential.

Solid Oak Floor - once floor sanding was completed, the careful application of a satin lacquer really brought this floor to life.

Solid Oak Floor - door jambs and architraves were undercut prior to fitting and then skirting boards added after fitting to hide the expansion gap. All painting was completed prior to sanding and sealing.

Solid Oak Parquet - the long herringbone style fitted across the whole ground floor particularly suited this Georgian house. A walnut tramline was also added to the border.

Victorian Pine Floorboards - this floor has been stained with a walnut colour and then a lacquer applied. Dark coloured floors work well with light coloured paint and furnishings.

Oak and Walnut Mosaic Tiles - this attractive parquetry had been hidden for years by carpets. When first revealed the underlay had stained it quiet badly but careful sanding restored it to its former glory.

Solid Maple Floor - this church hall floor is subjected to large amounts of traffic and is sometimes filled with tables and chairs. It required an extremely durable seal. We used 3 coats of Bona Kemi Traffic.

This Edwardian pine floor needed a number of replacement boards before it was ready for sanding and sealing. We also stained the floor to the clients specification.

The oak floor in this West London office was stained black after sanding and then sealed with a commercial grade lacquer.

After sanding, we applied a white stain to this floor to both subdue and lighten the appearance of the exsisting oak flooring.

Here reclaimed mahogany parquet blocks were first fitted in a herringbone pattern before sanding and sealing. Despite years of dirt and grime, they sanded off as good as new, as can be seen in the fitting gallery.

This Victorian pine floor was completely lifted and around half the boards were replaced with reclaimed pine. While the boards were up we installed insulation between the joists.
